Left over pineapple leaves are cut from the field, bundled together and sent to our manufacturing site.
The leaves are processed by semi-auto fiber extraction machine.In this process, leaves turn into raw fiber.
Raw pineapple fiber is put into a bag for 24 hours. The heat helps degum the resin attached to raw fiber.
The fiber is dried naturally by the sun for 7 days.
